Part-Time Sales & Operations Coordinator
Job Overview
We’re seeking a highly organised and commercially savvy Sales & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of a UK-based ecommerce and retail brand. This part-time, flexible remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in both the analytical and creative aspects of product-based business — from pricing and inventory to product launches and customer support.

- Provide first-line customer service for ecommerce orders.
- Support the onboarding of new products — uploading assets, imagery, and product data.
- Assist with planning and scheduling content for Instagram.
- Track sales and stock levels, flagging best-sellers and replenishment needs.
- Generate monthly sales and stock reports with actionable insights.
- Refresh and distribute sales collateral for each new product launch.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
