Job summary

TLT Resourcing Ltd, a subsidiary of TLT LLP, seeks a part-time Document Production Technician in Cape Town. The role involves handling large DP projects, producing and QAing legal documents, and supporting the DP team with training and cover as needed.

You’ll work 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, in our Observatory-area office, collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is essential.
• Advanced MS Office suite knowledge and familiarity with track changes.
• Strong communication and client service ethos.

Responsibilities

• Manage large DP projects, create and maintain tracking documentation to meet SLAs.
• Provide expert technical advice on Office products and Litera.
• Produce, amend and secure complex documents such as reports and deeds.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, Visio diagrams and Excel sheets.
• Transcribe dictations accurately; edit and redact PDFs; maintain house style.
• Stay updated with new software and Firm tools; basic training and guidance.
• Monitor DP Inbox and keep clients informed on progress.
• Proofread for accuracy and quality; support the DP Manager and team.
