Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment in Stellenbosch is seeking a meticulous Paraplanner to support financial advisers throughout the planning process. You will research products across investments, pensions, insurance, and mortgages, and prepare detailed financial plans aligned to clients’ goals and risk profiles.

Responsibilities include drafting suitability reports, conducting cash flow and retirement planning, reviewing portfolios, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Financial Planning, Finance, Investments, or related field.
• Experience in paraplanning, financial planning, or financial services advantageous.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong report-writing and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial planning software, such as Voyant, CashCalc, or similar, advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work closely with financial advisers and manage multiple client cases.
