Job summary

Exceed Human Resource Consultants is seeking a Paraplanner to provide technical and analytical support to financial advisers throughout the planning process. You will research investments, pensions, insurance, and mortgages, and draft suitability reports.

You will prepare comprehensive financial plans, conduct cash flow and retirement planning with planning software such as Voyant or CashCalc, review client portfolios, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in paraplanning, financial planning, or financial services is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of investments, pensions, insurance, taxation and planning principles.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong report-writing and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
