Qualifications

• Must adhere to HPCSA protocols and regulations

Responsibilities

• Complete company and legal documentation and file with the Operations Manager
• Complete hospital records for patients via casualty/emergency units
• Log calls and obtain Case Numbers from Netcare 911
• Maintain station cleanliness and stock control after each call
• Respond to emergency calls within one minute and provide Advanced Life Support per HPCSA protocols
• Diligently document patient information and manage drug registers
• Adhere to safety regulations and report injuries immediately
• Engage in CME training to maintain CPD compliance
