Qualifications

• Experience in emergency care and patient management according to HPCSA protocols.
• Ability to complete patient reports, invoices, and other required paperwork.
• Familiarity with stock control and equipment maintenance.
• Willingness to participate in CME training.
• Adherence to company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enhance operational efficiencies, client liaison and service delivery within the organisation.
• Complete company and legal documentation; hand copies to Operations Manager.
• Ensure hospital records are completed per internal requirements for casualty/emergency patients.
• Log all calls and obtain a case number; maintain cleanliness of the station daily.
• Maintain stock control and replacement after calls; ensure equipment is serviceable.
• Attend CME training to maintain CPD compliance; participate in community projects if required.
• Adhere to HPCSA treatment protocols and company policies; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Respond to emergency calls within set timeframes and assist in patient care as trained.
• Identify self-development needs and pursue improved competence.
