Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with the drafting and preparation of various property-related legal documents, including sale agreements, leases, and bond documents. Manage and maintain property transaction files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate with clients, estate agents, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office. Conduct property searches and gather relevant information for transactions. Schedule appointments, site visits, and client consultations. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently. Process and manage conveyancing workflows. Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations. Assist with post-registration requirements and file closures. Provide general administrative support to the property law department.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Paralegal Studies or a similar field. Proven experience as a Paralegal, with a strong focus on property law and conveyancing.
