Job summary

Absa Bank Limited seeks an Administrator: Reward Administration to coordinate the end-to-end pay review cycles and manage reward programmes in a Pan-African environment. The role ensures accurate data, governance, and timely service delivery while supporting colleagues and stakeholders.

You will support compensation changes, incentive payments, and governance documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement and data insights to enhance processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in reward, HR, payroll, or related support.
• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or finance.
• Experience with HRIS and reporting tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end pay review and bonus cycles with governance and data integrity.
• Administer reward programmes and compensation processes per policy.
• Execute and validate reward transactions and changes with controls.
• Produce reward reporting and support audits and governance requirements.
• Provide support for reward queries and knowledge management.
• Assist with survey, benchmarking and data insights for improvements.
• Support vendor coordination and data/system improvements.
