• 5–12 years in a related bank or multi-geography org.
• Executive recruitment or executive search experience required.
• Pan-African market exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive recruitment strategy and delivery for multiple geographies.
• Build leadership pipelines and succession plans aligned with strategy.
• Engage stakeholders at executive level and provide advisory input.
• Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor analysis.
• Oversee data analytics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership metrics.
• Partner with Reward, HR CoEs, and groups to align offers and governance.
• Design onboarding frameworks for senior hires and ensure smooth integration.
• Coordinate with HC operating model for integrated delivery and improvements.
