Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You guide strategy, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice in the room, making the calls.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize ROAS, and define the 90-day roadmaps and quarterly narratives for each account in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ability to improve ROAS, CPA or pipeline.
• Experience handling multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Excellent English for live client calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and present results.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Search Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
