Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmap, and storytelling in client meetings.

As the strategic voice, you will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, and build long-term client relationships through clear performance narratives. Remote role across Canada, SA, or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
