Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the strategy, manage budgets, and communicate the narrative behind performance on client calls.

You will lead media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, owning the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and driving long-term growth for client accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Search Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
