Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly, AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll drive strategy, budgets, and narrative on calls with clients.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, shaping 90-day roadmaps and long-term growth. Strong English for US calls is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns yourself.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to stop a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Search Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
