Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table and make the calls. You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing, and ensure robust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients.
• Fluent English with US clients on calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budgets, bid, target, test creatives and decide when to stop a campaign.
• Implement and trust conversion tracking: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
