Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for multifamily accounts. You will own paid media strategy, budgets and storytelling on calls with US clients, while coordinating across multiple clients and platforms.

Remote role, with emphasis on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will shape 90‑day roadmaps, optimize campaigns for ROAS, and drive client success through retention and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign pruning.
• Own conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
