Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads. You will lead budget calls, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask for why decisions were made.

You will shape the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through retention and upsell while communicating with US clients via live calls. Remote role across Canada, SA, or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with clients.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to stop a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present numbers story to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
