The ideal candidate should have a tertiary qualification in production or agriculture, along with 5 to 10 years of experience in production management, preferably in agriculture or food production. Strong managerial, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in production management, preferably in agriculture, food production, or FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the packhouse.
• Ensure high-quality processing and distribution of fresh produce.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders and manage customer relationships.
• Coach and train employees on production best practices.

Skills

Strong managerial and communication skills

Knowledge of agricultural products

Proficiency in MS Office

Education

Tertiary qualification in production, agriculture or related field

Certifications in FSSC highly advantageous
