Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the packaging team to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production performance, equipment efficiency, losses and downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and loss elimination initiatives.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety observations, risk assessments and audits.
• Coach, develop and upskill team members.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and communication between teams.
