Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with a certificate in Production or Logistics.
• 3–5 years experience in packaging, assembly, or warehousing.
• At least 2 years leading a shop-floor production team.
• Familiarity with industrial small parts, scale weighing, and barcode scanning systems.
• Strong communication, motivation and guidance of floor workers.

Report any equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize idle downtime on the floor. Keep all packing stations tidy, well-stocked, safe, and fully organized daily. Record shift completion numbers and hand over completed stock to dispatch teams.

What You Need to Apply

• Matric (Grade 12) with a relevant certificate in Production or Logistics.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in packaging, assembly, or warehousing.
• At least 2 years of proven experience leading a shop-floor production team.
• Familiarity with industrial small parts, scale weighing, and barcode scanning systems.
• Good communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide floor workers.
