Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Skills Development Facilitator to deliver vocational training in Paarl. The role involves designing engaging training sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing ongoing learner support, with extensive interaction with participants and employers in the Charity & Voluntary sector.

The ideal candidate has strong facilitation and communication skills, experience in adult learning, and the ability to manage training logistics for on-site delivery in Paarl.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in vocational training or skills development.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Must reside in or travel within Paarl for on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver skills development training programs.
• Facilitate hands-on training sessions for participants.
• Assess learner progress through practical demonstrations and written evaluations.
• Provide coaching and support to learners to overcome challenges.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress and assessments.
• Collaborate with employers to tailor training to skill requirements.
• Ensure training meets quality standards and accreditation.
• Manage training materials, equipment and facilities.
• Provide feedback on program effectiveness.
