Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Education, Adult Learning, or a related field, with a specialization in LLN.
• At least 4 years of LLN facilitation experience for adult learners, preferably in vocational training.
• Strong understanding of the South African adult education framework and relevant qualifications.
• Excellent knowledge of literacy and numeracy principles and teaching methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing engaging learning materials and assessment tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to empowering learners in Nelspruit.

Responsibilities

• Assess the language, literacy, and numeracy skills of vocational learners.
• Design and deliver LLN training modules for adult learners.
