Job summary

CATL seeks an Overseas Service Sales Engineer to promote and sell energy storage operation and maintenance service products in designated overseas markets. You will engage end customers, channel partners, and developers to drive contracts and tailor solutions.

You will work with internal teams to ensure customer success, contribute to regional sales targets, and strengthen CATL's competitiveness in overseas energy storage services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energy or Automation) or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with service sales in energy storage or industrial services preferred.
• Experience in overseas markets (Europe/Americas, APAC) is a plus.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage long-term service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional service product sales strategies and develop new clients to meet targets.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to contract signature (LTSA/ASSA) for energy storage O&M.
• Collaborate with Solution, Project, and Delivery teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain CRM records, forecast, and participate in team reviews.
• Travel 30–50% to cover overseas regional clients and project sites.
