NHS Grampian is seeking a motivated Outpatient Receptionist for relief coverage across Aberdeen Maternity Hospital, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital and Woodend General Hospital. The role involves handling patient calls, processing GP referrals, and preparing clinic lists.

The post is part-time (20 hours) with shifts across Monday to Friday; candidates must be flexible and able to work under pressure, providing friendly, professional service in a busy clinic reception.

• Provide administrative support to the Outpatients Department.
• Deal with telephone enquiries from patients.
• Process GP referrals and prepare clinic lists and paperwork.
• Assist clinic coordinators with booking appointments from waiting lists.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.
