NHS Grampian is seeking an Outpatient Receptionist to join the Outpatient Administration team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. This Band 2 post is 37 hours per week, with shifts Monday to Friday (08:30–17:00) and Tue-Thu 08:30–16:30, subject to change.

You will provide administrative support to the Outpatients Department, handling telephone enquiries, processing GP referrals, preparing clinic lists and paperwork, and assisting with booking appointments from waiting lists while maintaining a

• Good customer service skills, polite telephone manner and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to deal with service users and colleagues over the phone and in person with confidence, care and empathy.
• Well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with a busy clinic reception.
