Job summary

The Learnership is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed youth work experience in our company. As a Sales Learner, you will be interacting with customers that have requested a quote or have called in to be assisted, Your role is to quote or assist the customer and ensure that they see the benefits of being insured by OUTsurance.

You will be required to interact with clients, increase sales, upsell, make changes to current policies and elevate customer experience.

Qualifications

• Matric or Equivalent is required.
• A recognized Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
• No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers who requested a quote or called for assistance.
• Quote or assist customers and demonstrate the benefits of being insured by OUTsurance.

Job description

You will be required to interact with clients, increase sales, upsell, make changes to current policies and elevate customer experience.

The successful applicants will enter into a fixed term 12 month Learnership agreement (not an employment contract) with the company. This is a learning opportunity for unemployed youth that has a passion for call centre and would like to gain experience in order to pursue a career in the Financial and Insurance industry.

Take note to qualify for an INSETA Learnership program you need to:

• Be a South African citizen
• Not previously on a Learnership with INSETA
• Be between the ages of 18 & 35
• Unemployed in the last 6 months
