Job summary

OUTsurance invites graduates to join a 12-month fixed term Internship in our Claims Contact Centre. The program offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, values-driven environment with a stipend.

You will support Claims Advisors with day-to-day administration, process invoices, liaise with stakeholders, and capture and finalise claims, gaining insight into the end-to-end claims process.

Qualifications

• Matric qualification or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field.
• Excel experience is preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

The internship is a structured work-based program, affording unemployed graduates work experience in our company. The successful applicants will enter into a 12-month fixed term Internship agreement (not an employment contract) with the company and receive a stipend.

Job Description

The Claims department requires an intern to support and assist with day-to-day activities. We are seeking a motivated detailed orientated individual to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands on experience in the Claims Contact Centre department. The ideal candidates must have a passion for people and delivering awesome service in a deadline orientated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Claims Advisors with day to day administration
• This may involve but not limited to, payment of invoices, liasing with various stakeholders, general office administration, capturing claims and administering finalisation of claims.
