You will recruit and supervise guides, manage bookings, develop safety protocols, and liaise with authorities to obtain permits. A tertiary qualification in Tourism or Sports Management is preferred, with 3+ years in event coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of event coordination or outdoor sports management.
• First Aid and CPR certification mandatory; Wilderness First Responder is a plus.
• Proven risk management and safety protocol implementation experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience with booking, scheduling, and participant communications software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for adventure sports activities and events.
• Develop safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Source and maintain equipment meeting safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise adventure guides and staff.
• Manage bookings and participant communications.
• Collaborate with authorities to obtain permits and ensure compliance.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Serve as main point of contact for participants.
