Epol is seeking a Weighbridge Operator - Outbound to ensure all outgoing finished products are weighed and recorded accurately. The role supports daily outbound deliveries with SAP and Excel, requiring attention to data entry and precision.

Based in Rustenburg, North West, the position requires strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and collaboration with farm and driver teams.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Math or Math Literacy.
• Computer literate and able to operate standard software.
• 1–2 years’ weighbridge experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of weighbridge operations and record-keeping.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OTIF deliveries to all farms on a daily basis as per delivery schedule.
• Weigh, load, and complete all particulars.
• Data correctly captured.
• Weigh empty and full vehicle and obtain weighbridge slip.
• Print out weighbridge slip for driver and relevant paperwork.
• Obtain particulars of driver, truck and seal numbers for record purposes.
• Weigh full vehicle and complete all particulars on computer system.
• Forward copy of weighbridge slip and sales/dispatch control form to relevant person/farm.
