Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting for an Outbound Sales Consultant for our client in Pretoria.

Requirements

Dial and connect

• Work through existing customer lead campaigns and cold leadcampaigns with consistent energy and high activity, opening conversations froma cold start.
  
• Take live transfers from lead warmers, pick up theconversation smoothly, and carry the client through to a sale.
  

Understand and advise

• Present quotes clearly, explain product features, benefits,exclusions and costs in plain language, and handle objections without pressure.
  
• Close the sale and set the client up correctly for a smoothonboarding.
  

Stay compliant and accurate

• Make the required identity, purpose and call-recordingdisclosures
  
• Capture every interaction, outcome, disclosure and consentaccurately and on time in the CRM.
  

Deliver and improve

• Meet daily activity and talk-time standards and monthlysales targets.
  
• Maintain call-quality and compliance scores, working toapproved scripts and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
  
• Share what’s working, support teammates, and contributeideas to dialling experiments and script improvements.
  

Minimum Required Qualifications:
