Job summary

Discovery Limited in Sandton is seeking a Telesales Consultant to identify and convert sales opportunities. The role involves handling inbound calls, making outbound calls, and coordinating own administration while maintaining accurate query records.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound telesales, with short-term product knowledge. Proficiency in English and Afrikaans is required, along with basic PC skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in outbound telesales.
• Minimum 2 years short-term product knowledge; Discovery Insure knowledge is an advantage.
• PC literacy: email, Word, Excel.
• NQF5 and RE5 qualifications are preferred.
• Tertiary qualification an advantage.
