Job summary

BCXP is seeking a dedicated IT professional for a Secunda-based role focusing on backup and security in the OT environment. You will monitor multi-client servers, ensure backups complete, and address security compliance using remote tools and on-site support.

The role requires 2+ years in backup and endpoint security, MCP/MCSA/MCSE certifications, and travel to outlying areas with a valid driver's license. A site-based medical may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Backup, endpoint security & support.
• MCP, MCSA, MCSE certifications listed in requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor backups and security compliance and act accordingly to ensure devices meet security requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server OS issues via remote tools and on-site.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain OS applications and system management tools.
• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for business-critical systems and guide customers.
• Escalate and monitor calls 24/7.
