Job summary

Western Cape Government’s Department of the Premier seeks an Organisational Development Practitioner to deliver departmental work organisation capacity services, transversal job design and organisation design, and support Batho Pele initiatives.

The role requires a qualification at NQF level 6 or higher and at least one year of relevant experience, permanent appointment, and will base in Cape Town, Western Cape, with a salary level 8 and benefits as per policy.

Qualifications

• A qualification at NQF level 6 (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support departmental work organisation capacity improvements.
• Provide a job design service.
• Provide transversal organisation design and alignment services.
• Provide and facilitate transversal service delivery and Batho Pele initiatives.
• Provide input and support with practice enablement and development.
