Qualifications

• NQF level 6 qualification in related field.
• Minimum of 3 years middle-management level experience.
• Knowledge of public sector governance and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental work organisation capacity services.
• Lead transversal job design services.
• Lead transversal organisation design and alignment.
• Manage transversal service delivery initiatives.
• Manage client relationship and projects.
• Plan and manage the work of and account for overall performance of the sub-directorate.
• People and Financial Management.
• Experience in Business Process Management and a valid driving licence is advantageous.
