Loomer Pty Ltd is seeking a dependable Data Capturing Agent based in South Africa to process client orders with speed and accuracy. You will work on live client systems, primarily using Excel, while following established SOPs and productivity targets.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new processes and AI productivity tools. Training and remote upskilling may be provided.

Formación

• Typing speed of 35-45 WPM or higher.
• Good general computer literacy.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures and workflows.
• Ability to learn new software and client systems quickly.
• Comfortable with online learning and remote training.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Capture and process approximately 60-75 client orders per day.
• Enter customer and order data accurately into client systems.
