Qualifications

• Familiarity with an ERP or order system such as SAP, NetSuite, Sage or Unleashed.
• Clear written English for customer confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the ERP or order system.
• Allocate stock and confirm delivery dates.
• Resolve pricing, quantity and address discrepancies before despatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams on despatch.
• Proactively update customers on delays or part shipments.
• Maintain clean order records and process returns.
