Job summary

BCXP in South Africa is seeking an IT infrastructure specialist responsible for installation and ongoing support of Microsoft-based systems, including AD, DNS, SCCM/WSUS, Windows Server, and VMware environments.

You will perform routine health checks, manage backups with Veeam, and contribute to project planning and SLA delivery. Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Veeam, VMware) and 3 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Windows Server OS setup and maintenance.
• SCCM/WSUS deployment and management.
• VMware virtualization administration.
• Veeam backup configuration and scheduling.
• Proactive monitoring and support.

Responsibilities

• Administer client server environment and maintain OS.
• Maintain AD and DNS.

• Under general supervision, responsible for installation and operational support of Microsoft based infrastructure and related back-end systems
• Effectively executes all related tasks within the support areas with the focus on SLA management and delivery against these
• Participation in project planning and implementations
