Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our client in Welkom. This role is central to enhancing efficiency and aligning strategic goals with daily execution, analyzing processes and implementing solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business or related field, at least four years in ops management or business analysis, and proven experience with Lean or Six Sigma, plus strong analytical and PM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years in operations management or business analysis.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement.
• Strong analytical, with excellent PM and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operations software.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement new operational strategies and processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational workflows and systems.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and report on key findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to the development and management of the operational budget.
