Job summary

ShopriteX is seeking a Training Facilitator to equip employees with essential knowledge and skills for high‑quality service delivery. You will deliver practical training interventions, coach learners, and support continuous improvement with stakeholders across operations.

The role requires up to date training content, assessments, and effective feedback to drive readiness and performance improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Communications, Learning and Development or related field essential.
• 1-2 years’ experience in training facilitation in a service environment essential.
• Experience identifying learning needs from assessments and performance data essential.
• Familiarity with training design templates and toolkits essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and intermediate Excel essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality training standards to support employee development and service delivery.
• Align training activities with operational goals and portfolio priorities.
• Use appropriate training methods and tools to improve learning effectiveness.
• Conduct training needs analyses with operational and leadership stakeholders.
• Ensure training materials are accurate, current, and aligned to standards and processes.
• Assess training effectiveness through learner feedback and observed performance.
• Facilitate training for new starters, processes, and initiatives.
• Coordinate training logistics, schedules, materials, and learner feedback.
• Support development and maintenance of training plans for roles within the portfolio.
