Placements24 is seeking an energetic Operations Team Lead to guide day-to-day activities in Richards Bay. You will supervise a team, streamline workflows, and drive improvements to productivity and quality in a port-city setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of operational processes. You will collaborate with other departments while maintaining safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in an operational or supervisory role.
