Job summary

The Hiring House in Richards Bay is seeking a senior Rail Operations Manager to lead direct reports and oversee rail safety, regulatory compliance, and operational governance. You will shape strategy, manage contracts, and drive continuous improvement within export operations.

Candidates should have a strong rail and export operations background, a relevant honours degree, EB licence, and at least five years in senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Logistics Management or Commercial or Engineering or Law, or a related field.
• 5 years' Operational Plant or Logistics knowledge, together with 5 years' senior management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of rail and export operations
• Code EB Licence.
