Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking an Operations Specialist (iBranch) based in Umhlanga. The role involves attending to queries, providing admin support to the Mobile Department, and assisting with project processes.

You will work with Regions on iBranch operations, update policies, and help coordinate marketing campaigns, branding, and events. Travel may be required as part of regional support.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driving license and 2–3 years of administrative experience in operations.
• Customer service orientation is essential.
• A matric certificate and/or related diploma/degree are preferred components.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regions on iBranch operations and communicate policy updates.
• Support marketing, promotions, events, and branding campaigns within the department.
• Ensure stock levels of marketing/promotional items across Regions.
• Coordinate ROI on events and promotions and liaise with other departments.
• Review proposals for events and manage contracts with the Compliance Team.
• Provide daily reporting to the Business Partner and monitor regional dashboards.
• Handle invoices and monthly branding payments; maintain branding databases.
• Travel as required and support training efforts in regions.
