Job summary

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Team Leader (Mobile) based in Sasolburg, Free State. You will lead a team of sales agents, drive promotional activities, and coordinate with Area Managers and HR to meet targets. Strong communication, leadership, and betting knowledge are essential.

You will guide daily operations, organize training, ensure campaign execution, and monitor performance with reporting. A valid driver’s license is required, with growth opportunities within the Purple Team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures and TUV distribution.
• Solid sales knowledge and ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Area Managers to meet targets.
• Plan marketing campaigns, promotions and events with regional teams.
• Facilitate daily promotional activities and ensure campaigns are executed professionally.
• Measure promotion effectiveness with PromoTracker and provide insights.
• Conduct market analysis to suggest improvements for the mobile department.
• Recruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR.
• Manage sales agents and performance reviews, including day-to-day people management.

• Conductmarketanalysis/researchtomakesuggestionsforimprovementswithinthemobiledepartment
• RecruitmentandinterviewingincoordinationwithAreaManagerandHRdepartment
• The performance and team management of sales agents this includes the setting of daily targets, completing performancereviews, (twice a year) conductingday-to-day peoplemanagement functionssuch asHR/IR, and the poor performance of team members (PIP) function.
• Managementofteammembersleave,absenteeism,andattendance
• IdentifypotentialofTopUpVoucheroutlets.Visitingoutletswhererequired
• Organisecontinuoustrainingtoensuresalesagentsunderstandthedifferentbettingtypes,bettingprocess, products and TUV
• Ensurethatcash-ups aredonefollowingthecash-upprocedures.Responsible toensurethatthereareno shortages. Report all shortages to management immediately
• EnsurethatBoostervehiclesareclean,brandingisingoodcondition,vehicleinspectionsareconducted weekly, and that vehicles are serviced
• SubmitDailyReports.
• Anyotherrelateddutiesthatmightberequired.

What You’ll Bring To The Team:
