Job summary

Moonstone Information Refinery seeks an Operations Analyst in Stellenbosch to support and enhance operational processes, monitor performance, and assist with financial and risk-related activities. The role offers growth within a dynamic professional services environment and close collaboration with the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce or related field with at least 3 years in operations, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three-year qualification in related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations, senior admin support, or related role.
• Exposure to project management, data analysis and risk management activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities and streamline workflows.
• Track and analyse KPIs; prepare reports for decision-making and improvements.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and implement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate inter-department communications.
• Support projects with operational insights and monitoring.
• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
