Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or three-year qualification in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in operations, senior administrative support, or a related role.
• Exposure to project management, data analysis and risk management activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities and streamline workflows.
• Track and analyse business performance metrics and KPIs; prepare reports.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and support improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Support projects and initiatives with operational insights and monitoring.
• Assist in budgeting, expense tracking and financial reporting.
• Identify operational risks and help implement mitigation strategies.
• Support marketing and sales-related content creation and market research.
