Job summary

Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Gauteng to oversee daily operations, optimise processes, and align activities with business goals. You will lead a diverse team, manage HR and sales activities, and drive performance through practical, hands-on leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years of managerial experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing HR-related responsibilities and employee performance.
• Exposure to sales management, targets and revenue performance.
• Strong organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
• Develop, implement and maintain operational procedures and processes.
• Monitor operational performance and report KPIs to senior management.
• Manage, lead and motivate employees to achieve objectives.
• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Oversee sales activities and monitor performance against targets.
• Collaborate with management to support growth strategies.
