Job summary

The Recruitment Pig is seeking a dedicated night-shift supervisor to lead both factory and warehouse teams, ensuring production quality and timely morning handovers.

You will manage a 4-shift weekly schedule, enforce safe practices, and maintain accurate stock flow, all while fostering teamwork and clear communication with management.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent education.
• Solid supervisory experience leading teams in a factory or warehouse setting.
• Experience managing night shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures and keep accurate stock flow.
• Clear, effective communication when guiding workers and briefing management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to keep floor processes moving overnight.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit with a willingness to learn.
