Job summary

Staff Unlimited Recruitment is looking for an experienced Nightshift Manager in Polokwane, Limpopo, to oversee warehouse operations during the night. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background in FMCG distribution and be disciplined in team management and stock control.

Responsibilities include supervising loading teams, ensuring efficient truck loading, managing warehouse productivity, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should possess a Matric qualification and preferably a certificate in Warehouse Management, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution.
• Minimum 2 years’ people management experience.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Plan and coordinate delivery rounds.
• Supervise picking and loading teams.
• Ensure accurate and efficient truck loading.
