Job summary

You will govern daily performance, monitor dashboards, and identify risks, root causes, and opportunities for improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and achieving Team Leader KPIs.
• Ability to coach and mentor leaders and develop succession plans.
• Strong governance, performance monitoring, and data-driven improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Team Leader KPIs and performance.
• Communicate expectations and support operational planning.
• Prepare and conduct daily huddles; manage leave and resourcing.
• Handle disciplinary matters per policy; drive motivation and recognition.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and high-performance delivery.
• Communicate policies and ensure HW culture and procedures.
