The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, proven leadership, and the ability to develop and implement strategic improvements, monitor KPIs, and manage inventory and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles.
• Proven track record of achieving operational targets and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, including production, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
