Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Operations Management role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to optimize operational processes and drive efficiency gains.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with quality control systems and lean manufacturing principles.
